Greeting, everyone! Somehow, we're circled back around to March... though it feels like we're still in March of 2020, in many cases. ANYWAY.....

I thought it might be fun to loop back around to that age-old default of movie quotes. I've collected a set of prompts from an old LJ community I used to co-mod, and have mixed them together and shuffled them up into a new list of the same old prompts.

It's very lazy of me, I know.. but of all the prompts I had to work with, these were the most generic LOL

I have 60 movie quotes that have been used and over-used, waiting for you. You can request as many as you like, and do with them however you wish!

When I learned today that something I've been looking forward to is coming out in 2021, I thought, "oh cool, that's already next year!" So yeah, in many ways, this feels just like 2020 never ended, or 2020 part 2.

Oh yes, prompt, that's what I was here for xD can I have 49, please?

Used the first one at least:

“Why would they want you?”

Ren shrugged. The kidnappers had called him out. While he did not have proof of their identities, or locations, he had all of the proof he needed. And he did not want to talk about it.

“You believe there’s good in all of us? That we all deserve a second shot at a happy ending…”

“I do…most of us, anyhow.” He was less sure about his own right to a happy ending, but the good old-fashioned Catholic guilt that seemed to be eating at Ren often ate at Matthew too. “You’re a good man.”

They had that much in common at least. Matthew did not know him well enough yet to know much more in common they might share.

“I want out of this shit,” he did eventually say, wishing he saw the good in himself that Murdock did. “I don’t want to be a footnote in someone else’s story. Want to create my own. It’s been a long time…what if I get out there and screw this up…get her killed…?”
