Fill: Original fic Jimmy Bogart/Desmond Richard
"Don't look, Ethel!" Jimmy sang along with the song blasting out of his CD player.

"You ain't Ray Stevens, so knock it off!" Desmond hollered hoping he was heard over the annoying song that Jimmy was playing at Mach Q levels.

Jimmy stuck his tongue out at Desmond, but continued singing the song. He loved Ray Stevens and couldn't understand why Desmond didn't.

Desmond sighed. It was going to be a long bus ride to their next gig. He didn't hate Ray Stevens per se, but he could only take so much of "The Streak" before he was ready to choke Jimmy out.

He pulled out his Walkman and inserted his ear buds. He started to listen to what he considered decent comedy, Robin Williams: Live at the Met.

Hours later, they stepped off the bus ready to perform instead of ready to throw down because they were annoyed with one another.

Chet smiled and followed them into the venue.

Fill - original drabble
Watched him fall.

Watched him descend. Down and down.

Watched with no ability to hinder the drop. Nothing to do but stare and feel panic.

Watched the resignation in his eyes, the of course flip his hands seemed to make as his head hit the rock.

The rock seemed to sink. The waves rushed upward.

Unsure if it would have felt more like closure if the waves receded to reveal him, or show the slumped, water slogged, bloody remains.

The waves didn’t ebb. Showing nothing except a voracious hunger for everything it touched.

No one rose up.

Just like that.
