rushedI hope even those who don't usually make graphics will give this a go! My suggestion is to use a graphics site online like ipiccy or fotoflexer if you don't have Photoshop; I've made most of my icons this way and although I'm nobody's expert, they've mostly turned out okay!
So, to the plan! Sorry for the squashed time frame, but we need to get this moving by the 1st Dec!
Part 1 - Comment here with fandom/s and/or fandom pairing/s that you'd like to see more graphics for, ideally something you might be willing to make for too. Please do this IMMEDIATELY! Today's the 27th for most of you, so I'll close up shop 28th Nov MIDNIGHT PST.
Part 2 - On the 29th I will post the results and ask for people to sign up to make graphics for a fandom/fandoms in the 24 days leading up to Christmas. What we want for each posting is a minimum of two icons for each of the fandoms that you picked. You want to make a banner, a love bar, a vid that's all good too! Two icons (or one larger graphic) per fandom is the minimum, there is no maximum! Graphics do not need to be seasonally themed. You do not have to make graphics for all the fandoms you nominated, and you can pick other people's nominations to make them for; we just want all 24 days covered - so you can choose more than one day and/or fandom.
Part 4 - Start posting on December 1st! (I will take this day if no -one else feels able to hit the ground running) Remember that posts can be scheduled in advance, so just because you'll be out of town on Back to the Future day doesn't mean that you can't do that day.
Part 5 - On December 25th, everyone posts something else graphic that either sums up your year in contributing to the word count, or about something special/particular that stood out for you this year (whether that's to do with the comm or just your own real life is up to you)
This should increase our graphic count by at least 50 graphics, and probably more! Not at all shabby! AND it gives to everyone in the community with grab-able graphics!

NOTE: If you can't manage a couple of icons, consider replacing with a double-drabble (or two drabbles) if you think you can do that instead!
