Alright cats and kittens, I am in charge of the Weekend Challenge for this first gorgeous weekend in December and mine shall be: Randomness Gone Wild-WOO HOO!!

I'm giving you two choices:  House Mottos from Game of Thrones or Facts about Weird Pennsylvania.  I will choose prompts randomly from my two random lists and if you want to participate in this randomness, just let me know which list you want a random prompt from.

If you want a random Game of Thrones House Motto, just post a "I swear by the old gods and new."
If you want a random Weird Pennsylvania fact, just leave me a "PA rules!"
if you want a random prompt from both lists, leave me a "I swear by the old gods and new, PA rules!"  :):)

I hope this random randomness inspire you, so please be as creative as you can--drabbles/fics can be as long as you want but at least 200 words and you can do any sort of art work the spirit moves you    Just post your work by Sunday night at 11:59pm EST, and you'll be golden.  Lastly, HAVE FUN!!!

I am not creative in any way with artwork, so if you want an icon, I will have to ask for help, but I can give you a drabble or add to my WIP.  And if you have any questions, please ask :):)
My fandoms are:  RDJ's Sherlock Holmes, BBC Sherlock, Elementary, Game of Thrones, Supergirl, The Flash, Hawaii Five-0, Pretty Little Liars, Fringe, Alias, Hannibal, Veronica Mars, Wonder Womans, Smallville, Buffy and Angel, The X-Files, X-Men First Class and Star Trek 2009 Reboot movies)

As one with a fandom set in Pennsylvania, I say PA rules!

Alright, my first victim :):)

Some PA randomness for my fellow PA-er :):)

It’s both cool and puzzling to be able to knock bell-like tones out of rocks; cool because of the unexpected sound the rocks make and puzzling because only a third of them ring out.

Oddly... that fact would work in my fandom.. assuming it was something known in the 1930s LOL

combined several prompts into this little xmasy fic...its part of my longer Ao3 past, but I can't put it up out of order so...here's the little bit for this prompt:

Panicked, paying little attention to the cold on his bare feet, David ran, fighting against the pull to go back inside and finish what he had started. The road appeared normal, but in the shadowy places of his head, it might lead him anywhere. Anywhere but here was preferable. Anywhere far away from her. Pushing against the Program hurt, but David refused to let it win. He refused to let any of those who had been so kind to him suffer.

He refused to let her die, refused to bring the wrath of the government down onto the family he had come to love.

Inside, feeling no more than faint as she peeled herself from where she had slumped against the doorframe, Tamara rubbed her tender throat, shook her aching head, and decided she had had enough Christmas festivities for one day. It was time to put the children to bed, and then she would follow suit, even if it meant leaving Carl in the company of his Firsts for the remainder of the night.

As strong as stone, for the moment, she did not remember that kiss.

Outside, it continued to snow on Christmas Day.

I can't apologize enough for missing these little gems you've posted to my Weekend Challenges--this one had an awesome action-adventure vibe to it--lovely :):)

action is so hard for me to write...atmospheric and emotional I can handle, but action is another beast entirely lol.

PA: The dark woodlands, steep mountains and verdant field of Pennsylvania are home to many groups, some living in the mainstream, others living on the fringe of society.

Good luck :):)
