Weekend Challenge - Page One - 2020 Edition

Happy Friday!

Last year around this time, I ran a challenge featuring selected lines from Poets & Writers Page One section. I've updated the list with 24 selections of first lines. Give me a number from 1-24 and I'll send you a prompt that will feature the line and the name & author of the book. Feel free to use the line or book title for your work and change any specific identifiers (city, character name, etc.) to fit your story.

Give me 200 words or some art on the prompt by Thursday, January 23 and I can reward you with a drabble or words to my WIP. My list of fandoms that I will write in is here.

Have fun and happy writing!

Rare Pairs Prompt #1

How are you doing? Have you gotten started on a Rare Pairs fic or graphic, or are you still planning things out? Need something to get you started, or want to ask any questions?

Anyway, here's your first 'long' prompt:

One of the pair dated the other's sibling when they were younger

Need a short prompt or two? Give me some numbers between 1 and 150 and I'll give you some (hopefully) inspirational words. Note: some of these may be suggestive, but you don't have to use them that way, OR you may ask me for another word to replace the one/s you don't like, and I'll find you something that's more general.

The next long prompt will be in two days time, but in the meantime if you need anything else, comment here and I'll reply as soon as I can!
