NaNoWriMo 2019: Day 13--Character Flaws & Fears

Day 13 Word Count Target: 21,671

Characters with flaws are much more interesting, and realistic, than ones without them. My MC this year drinks too much and has breathing issues that require an oxygen mask and tank when he sleeps. He's also prone to pushing people away and has difficulty letting people get to close...good things for a vigilante fighting thugs on a daily basis (keeps others from being hurt or used against him)...not so good for having a personal life.
