Monday Comes Around Again!

Wow, how did we get to the downside of August already?  One kid is back in school, the other is getting ready to start next week.  I’d love to say it was starting to cool off here, but hah, no.  Not even close.  Sometimes, I think the desert takes August as a challenge and ramps up the heat for a few weeks before it finally decides to cut that garbage out.

Reminders:

1. Flash Challenge!  Your flash challenge prompt is: camouflage.  Give me 100 words or a graphic and I’ll reward you with my undying love and admiration.

2. Last week’s challenges:

3. Big Buddy 61%!  How are you doing so far this month?  I’m still behind, but if I can catch up on the August Rush prompts, I can get ahead. Wish me luck.

August’s post is here, there’s always time to join in!

4. The Daily Count challenge is here in case you need to check and see when you’re up next.

5. August’s challenge is the ever popular August Rush!  Week one is done, but you still have plenty of time to jump in and/or catch up.  You can check the tag here.

Let’s make this week amazing. If you’re behind, let us know what we can do to help out.  If you’re ahead, awesome!

Daily count challenge to bizarra

Well, the writing day didn't exactly turn out as planned. Got off to a good start and then a combination of computer issues and a surprise visit from one of my cousins took care of my evening. Managed around 350 words for the day.

Passing the baton to bizarra. May the words be with you!
