“It is!” McCoy said just as emphatically while he brushed passed Uhura in the med bay as Spock entered.

“That is not what I see. That is not what he’s feeling!” The Lieutenant crossed her arms and turned with each pass the doctor made while he pretended to be busy.

“I don’t like your … her.” McCoy’s finger pointed in Spock’s face as he marched by.

“I’m comfortable with that, Doctor.”

“Look,” Bones stopped, huffing at them. “It’s documented, it happens. I saved him a handful of times, humans develop feelings in that situation. Leave it alone, it will pass.”

“That’s not the way he looks at you, as if he’s grateful for being saved.” Uhura reiterated.

“Yes, it is.”

“And the way you look at him, Doctor?” asked Spock.

“Oh look, M’Benga is here. Daylight’s come and me wanna go home!” McCoy turned and stormed away.

Hey! Another day down! I wonder if I can manage the other twenty-five by Saturday? :D
